Maria Kivijärvi is the brilliant mind behind our all-time bestseller, the iconic Cake Server and the clever no-mess Pie Server. Maria has also designed the new Element No.2 Hook Shelf. She is passionate about finding the perfect form. Maria looks at the world differently – she does not look for beauty, but she discovers it in everything.
London-based award-winning designer Simon Stevens has designed all of our self-cooling ceramics products, from the delightful Tumbler to our Happy Pet Project dog bowls. He has also designed our Vertigo Fruit Plate, the Bulb Citrus Reamer and the Pino Wine Glass.
Simon’s work represents his passion to blend beauty with practicality. He is inspired by our interaction with everyday objects, how people use them and how they benefit us in our modern lifestyles.
Magisso’s in-house designer Simo is a Helsinki-based multidisciplinary product designer and he has designed our award-winning Soap Droplet and Pino Pint glasses. Simo has also designed the new Element No.1 Table. With his experience in architecture, user-centered design, meaningful products and passion to pure aesthetics of Scandinavia, he maintains a balance between functionality and visual look in all of his work.
Simo is splitting his time between personal projects and working as a product & concept designer at Magisso. His work history includes projects from architectural, spatial, service, product and urban design.
The Red Dot awarded designer of the Balance Salad Servers, focuses on products that are characterized by clean lines, functionality and aesthetic quality. His work is influenced by the simplicity and functionality of the Scandinavian design tradition. With his background in architecture, he believes in the importance of every detail and in a timeless way of design.
